Maxim Laurin and Ugo Dario, fellow graduates of the National Circus School of Montreal (2011), also won a gold medal with their teeterboard number. Perilous and highly acrobatic, their duet was a huge craze and also earned the Prix du Public, Prix Ringling Bros and Barnum and Bailey, the Saint Petersburg State Circus Trophy, and the Rosgoscirk Trophy.
