TEMPS SUSPENDU – An inspiring first project supported by LAB7

As part of Les 7 Doigts and SAT’s new prototyping support program, the Pendulum collective presented “Temps suspendu”, an immersive work combining circus and digital art.

Singing crystals, pendulum pole, hula hoops and interactive projections gave life to a unique sensory experience, where the audience takes an active part in the show.

Congratulations to Olivier Lalonde, Morgane Clodel and Fred Trétout for this promising first prototype, the fruit of a two-week residency in our studios. A suspended, fragile and vibrant moment, that kicks off the program in style, and an inspiring start that opens up to new artistic explorations.

The prototyping support program welcomes three projects combining performing arts and technological arts in 2025. The projects benefit from customized support, both in the preparation and execution of a two-week prototyping phase, in the studios of the 7 Doigts Creation Center.

This program is supported by the Canada Council for the Arts, in partnership with the Society for Arts and Technology (SAT) and in collaboration with the Centre HUPR (formerly CRITAC) and the Petit Théâtre du Vieux Noranda.
